Is this for you?

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

You're on autopilot.

You're driving somewhere and you've forgotten how you even got from point A to B. The days blur. You're moving, but you're not really here.

Brain fog, fatigue, anxiety — out of nowhere.

The wave hits and you can't pinpoint why. You used to push through it. Lately it's harder to shake.

Something feels missing.

You can't quite name it, but the energy you used to have for the things you love isn't there. You're functioning, but you're running on empty.

Your mind won't stop buzzing.

Even after a full night's sleep, you don't wake up feeling recovered. Your body rests, but your nervous system never quite gets the memo.

How it works

Three weeks. One quiet shift at a time.

01

Foundation

Learn the core breath patterns. Your nervous system starts to remember what calm feels like.

02

Clarity

Deeper techniques. The fog starts to lift. You begin to notice what you actually feel.

03

Integration

Make it yours. By day 21, breathwork is no longer a class — it's a tool you carry forward.

Day 21
21quiet mornings that change the rest

The shift everyone talks about by week three.

By day 21, breathwork is no longer something you do — it's something you have. A tool that's now in the room with you, for every moment that follows.

  • Sleep that arrives faster and goes deeper
  • Focus that holds through the day without three more coffees
  • A breath you can drop into when the day spikes
  • A practice you own, not an app you ignore

What men and women are saying.

★★★★★

"I didn't know how dysregulated I'd been until I started this. 15 minutes a morning genuinely changed how I move through my day."

— Sarah M.
★★★★★

"Chrissy creates such a safe space. I've tried other programs and nothing felt this grounded. The community made it stick."

— Marie-Claude L.
★★★★★

"I came in skeptical. By week 2 I was setting my alarm 10 minutes early because I didn't want to miss it. Worth every penny."

— James K.
Questions

Everything you might be wondering.

I've never done breathwork before. Is this for beginners?
Absolutely. The first week is designed to gently introduce the foundational patterns. You don't need any experience — just 15 minutes a morning and a willingness to show up.
What if I miss a morning session?
Every session is recorded and replays are available within hours. You have full replay access for 1 year, so you can catch up on your own schedule. Many participants do a mix of live and replay.
What do I need to participate?
A quiet-ish space, a device with Zoom, and somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down. That's it. No special equipment, no candles, no chanting — just you and your breath.
Is 7 AM ET too early?
It can feel early, but most participants say it becomes the best part of their day within a week. And if you genuinely can't make it live, the replay is there. The morning slot is chosen because it sets the tone for everything that follows.
What about different time zones?
No problem. Same-day replays mean you can do the practice on your own schedule — first thing in the morning where you are, or whenever you carve out 15 minutes. People in PT, MT, UK, and Europe regularly complete the camp entirely on replay.
Will I have to turn on my camera or speak?
No. Cameras are off by default and there's nothing you need to say out loud. The session is a guided audio practice — you follow along, breathe, and that's it. If you want to share or ask questions, the private community is there. If you don't, nobody will ever know.
Is there an in-person event?
Not for this cohort — the camp is fully online, including the closing circle. The in-person closing workshop is reserved for our partnership cohort with Dress For Success Montréal. If an in-person element matters to you, send us a note and we'll point you to the right option.
Can my partner or friend join with me?
Yes — and we love when they do. You can add a friend's spot directly at checkout for $49, a thank-you rate for bringing someone with you. They get full access — live sessions, replays, community, closing circle. The honest reason most people add it: showing up at 7 AM for 21 days is easier when someone you actually know is doing it with you.
Are there refunds if it's not for me?
If you complete the first 3 days of the program and decide it's not the right fit, reach out and we'll make it right. We want this to feel right, not feel trapped.
Are there health considerations?
Yes — breathwork is a physical practice. Certain techniques aren't recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or respiratory conditions. You'll be asked to confirm a health waiver before checking out, and we strongly encourage talking to your physician if you have any concerns.
Will the sessions be in French?
Live sessions are guided in English. We're working on French-language programming for 2026 — if that interests you, drop us a note after registering.
