If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
You're on autopilot.
You're driving somewhere and you've forgotten how you even got from point A to B. The days blur. You're moving, but you're not really here.
Brain fog, fatigue, anxiety — out of nowhere.
The wave hits and you can't pinpoint why. You used to push through it. Lately it's harder to shake.
Something feels missing.
You can't quite name it, but the energy you used to have for the things you love isn't there. You're functioning, but you're running on empty.
Your mind won't stop buzzing.
Even after a full night's sleep, you don't wake up feeling recovered. Your body rests, but your nervous system never quite gets the memo.
Everything you need to make it stick.
Three weeks. One quiet shift at a time.
Foundation
Learn the core breath patterns. Your nervous system starts to remember what calm feels like.
Clarity
Deeper techniques. The fog starts to lift. You begin to notice what you actually feel.
Integration
Make it yours. By day 21, breathwork is no longer a class — it's a tool you carry forward.

Chrissy Papageorgopoulos
Chrissy is the founder of Envita Wellness, a Montréal-based studio dedicated to helping people regulate their nervous systems through breath, movement, and embodied practice. She's led hundreds through breathwork programs — trauma-informed, grounded, and built around protocols that actually move your physiology. No performance, no spiritual framework, just tools you can keep for life.
The shift everyone talks about by week three.
By day 21, breathwork is no longer something you do — it's something you have. A tool that's now in the room with you, for every moment that follows.
- Sleep that arrives faster and goes deeper
- Focus that holds through the day without three more coffees
- A breath you can drop into when the day spikes
- A practice you own, not an app you ignore
What men and women are saying.
"I didn't know how dysregulated I'd been until I started this. 15 minutes a morning genuinely changed how I move through my day."
"Chrissy creates such a safe space. I've tried other programs and nothing felt this grounded. The community made it stick."
"I came in skeptical. By week 2 I was setting my alarm 10 minutes early because I didn't want to miss it. Worth every penny."
Everything you might be wondering.
I've never done breathwork before. Is this for beginners?
