What is breathwork

The fastest, most direct lever you have for your nervous system.

You can't think your way calm — you breathe your way there. The science is clear on why.

A direct line to your body's regulation system.

Breathwork uses conscious, structured breathing to shift your physiology in real time. Unlike thinking, journaling, or talking about stress, breath is the only autonomic function you can also control directly — which makes it the fastest entry point into your own regulation.

  • Activates the vagus nerve — the main pathway of the parasympathetic system, which signals safety to the body.
  • Shifts heart rate variability — a key marker of resilience and stress recovery.
  • Lowers cortisol and respiratory rate within minutes of a structured session.
  • Improves focus, sleep onset, and emotional steadiness with consistent daily practice.

What you may feel

21 days. Four real shifts.

Every experience is personal, but the practice supports these four areas — clearly and without overwhelm.

01 · Calm

More space between stress and reaction.

A steadier nervous system through daily regulation — so the small things stop feeling like big things.

02 · Energy

Awake without being wired.

Reconnect with your breath in a way that brings real energy — not caffeine spikes, not adrenaline.

03 · Focus

Less noise. More signal.

Reduce internal static and build a sharper sense of clarity, attention, and presence in your day.

04 · Resilience

Steadier under pressure.

Strengthen your relationship to stress and emotion with more awareness and a body that knows how to come back.

The method

A 21-day arc, designed for real life.

Three weeks, one short live session each weekday morning. Cameras off, no performance — just show up and follow along.

How the 21 days unfold.

Each week builds on the last. No experience needed — just 15 minutes a morning and a quiet spot.

Week 1 · Foundation

Learn the core techniques.

Simple, accessible patterns. You start noticing how your body responds — sometimes within the first session.

Week 2 · Rhythm

The practice becomes a rhythm.

Consistency does the heavy lifting. Your baseline starts to shift — sleep, focus, the way stress lands.

Week 3 · Integration

Breath becomes a tool you reach for.

You leave with a practice that fits into your real life — not a 30-day reset that disappears, but something that stays.

Common questions

Everything you might be wondering.

I've never done breathwork before. Is this for me?
Yes — most participants come in with zero experience. The first week is built specifically for beginners. The techniques are simple, the sessions are short, and the live guidance means you don't have to figure anything out on your own.
What if I miss a session?
Every live session is recorded and posted within an hour. You get one year of replay access, so missing a morning isn't a problem — you can catch up later in the day or the next morning before the new session.
Do I need to turn on my camera or speak?
No. Cameras are off by default and there's no required participation. The session is guided audio practice — you show up, follow along, and that's it. It works for introverts, for shared spaces, and for anyone who just doesn't want to "perform" wellness.
What if I can't make 7:00 AM ET?
The replay is posted within an hour of the live session and is available for one full year. Participants in PT, MT, UK, or Europe regularly do the practice on their own schedule — same content, same day, just async.
Is breathwork safe for me?
Some techniques aren't recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or respiratory disorders. Every participant signs a health waiver and is encouraged to consult their physician if they have any concerns. Participation is always voluntary.
Is there a corporate or team option?
Yes — we run a separate cohort designed for teams, with single invoicing, an internal comms kit, and replays across timezones. See the team program here.
