What changes

What 21 quiet mornings actually shift.

It's not about doing more. It's about feeling less wired underneath.

01

Sleep that lands.

A breath you can drop into at night. Sleep that arrives faster and goes deeper, without sleep aids.

02

Focus that holds.

Less reactivity, more clarity. Mental focus that doesn't collapse by mid-afternoon or require three more coffees.

03

A nervous system that resets.

Down-regulation on demand. The wave of stress doesn't hit as hard, and when it does, you have a tool.

04

A practice you own.

Not an app you ignore. A 15-minute daily anchor that becomes yours, for life.

"I expected to feel calmer. I didn't expect to sleep through the night for the first time in two years. By week two I stopped setting an alarm."

Common questions

Before you reserve a spot.

Quick answers to what people ask the most. For the full FAQ, visit the program page.

I've never done breathwork. Is this for me?
Yes. Week one introduces the foundational patterns gently. No experience needed — just 15 minutes a morning and a willingness to show up. Cameras off, no speaking required.
What if I can't be live at 7:00 AM ET?
No problem. Same-day replays mean you can do the practice on your own schedule — first thing in the morning where you are, or whenever you carve out 15 minutes. People in PT, MT, UK, and Europe regularly complete the camp entirely on replay.
What if I miss a morning?
The replay is posted within an hour and you have 1 year of access. The 21 days aren't about perfect attendance — most participants miss 2–4 sessions live and still complete the full 21.
Will I have to turn on my camera or speak?
No. Cameras are off by default and there's nothing you need to say out loud. The session is a guided audio practice — you follow along, breathe, and that's it. The private community is there if you want to share, ignored if you don't.
Are there reasons I shouldn't do breathwork?
Certain techniques aren't recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or respiratory disorders, or during pregnancy. Every participant signs a health waiver and is encouraged to consult their physician.
I'm interested in 1-on-1 or drop-in classes, not the cohort.
Private 1-on-1 sessions with Chrissy are available by request — email us with what you're looking for. Drop-in classes are launching late 2026 — join the waitlist to be the first to know.
