What exactly is the 21-Day Breath Camp?
A live online breathwork program. 15 minutes every weekday morning on Zoom (7:00–7:15 AM ET) for 21 days, with same-day replays and 1-year access. Designed to reset your nervous system, improve sleep, and build a daily practice you actually keep.
I've never done breathwork. Is this for beginners?
Yes. Week one introduces the foundational patterns gently. No experience needed — just 15 minutes a morning and a willingness to show up. Cameras off, no speaking required.
What if I miss a morning?
The replay is posted within an hour and you have 1 year of access. The 21 days aren't about perfect attendance — most participants miss 2–4 sessions live and still complete the full 21.
Can my whole team join?

Are there reasons I shouldn't do breathwork?
Certain techniques aren't recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or respiratory disorders, or during pregnancy. Every participant signs a health waiver and is encouraged to consult their physician.
